NOTICE TO CREDITORS – RE ADVERTISED
(A) IN THE MATTER OF GREENLAND BANK (T) LIMITED AND
(B) IN THE MATTER OF DELPHIS BANK (T) LIMITED ( BOTH UNDER LIQUIDATION)
Notice is hereby given that the Deposit Insurance Board in its capacity as Liquidator of Greenland Bank (T) Limited and Delphis Bank (T) Limited which were closed in 2000 and 2003 respectively currently continues with liquidation activities involving; debt collections, payment of insured deposits, attending court cases and payment of Liquidation proceeds as provided for in the Banking and Financial Institutions Act,2006 and the Companies Act,2002 (CAP.212).
Further notice is hereby given that all creditors of the Greenland Bank (T) Limited and Delphis Bank (T) Limited (under liquidation) are invited to attend creditors meeting scheduled for 24th March 2023 at the Bank of Tanzania office premises sub head office Dar es Salaam as follows;
- For Greenland bank (T) Limited from 10:00 AM
- For Delphis bank (T) Limited from 02:00 PM.
The agenda will include:
- Deliberation on the affairs of the banks under liquidation.
- Formation of Creditors Inspection Committees that will endorse matters associated with distribution of liquidation proceeds.
